Payment Details

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 45 days prior to your arrival date.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 45 days or more before your arrival date will receive a 50% refund of the deposit.

  • Any cancellations made prior to arrival are not subject to a refund.  *Exceptions may apply

Check-In and Check-Out

Check-In: 4:00 PM - Our Guest Experience Representative will greet you, give you a tour of the Villa, and answer any questions you may have.

Check-Out: 11:00 AM - Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Villa Management Team. Our Guest Experience Representative will meet you to conduct a post-check-out inspection.

Property Guidelines

We are a smoke-free environment.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. We are a small, intimate villa property.

Please respect your fellow vacationers.

Guest Policy: Only individuals listed in the “Guest Details” are allowed to stay overnight at the Villa. Guests are fully responsible for any visitors they bring onto the premises.

Liability: The property owners are not liable for any accidents or injuries to the Guest, the Guest’s family, invitees, or any person entering the premises or building. The Guest agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold the property owners harmless from any claims or assertions of any kind. The property owners are also not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest.

Property Care: Please maintain the Villa and its furnishings in good condition. The Villa should always be secured when left unattended. Guests are responsible for any physical damage to the Villa or its contents and will be charged a restoration fee for repairs.

Pet Policy: We regret that pets are not allowed at this time.

Insurance: We encourage all renters to purchase travel insurance.

Water Sport Equipment: When using beach chairs, umbrellas, floats, or sand toys, please return them to the designated area.

Housekeeping: For each seven-day rental stay, one mid-stay housekeeping service is provided at no charge. For stays shorter than seven days, housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

Garbage: Your Guest Experience Representative will provide disposal instructions.

Supplies: The Villa is stocked with a welcome package of paper products, toiletries, detergents, coffee, and tea. A local IGA supermarket is approximately 1.3 miles from the property for purchasing additional items. Delivery services for pantry items like eggs, bread, and milk can be arranged prior to your arrival for an additional fee.
